Q: Will Pennsylvania's new Right-to-Know Law make it easier for someone to steal my identity?
A: It should not. Social Security and driver's license numbers are excluded from being released, as are home cellular and personal telephone numbers. Also off-limits is personal financial information, such as details about credit cards, bank accounts and financial statements.
